As the Risk Analytics Manager you will develop analyses and models based on complex technical, operational, economic and financial data to solve new and complex problems, develop innovative strategies, quantify the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets, and evaluate the potential impact of changes.
Responsiblities include:
Development and implementation of retail credit scorecards, supplemental policy rules, associated cutoffs, and related underwriting discipline; monitoring and refinement of those scorecards and underwriting processes
Development and implementation of wholesale dealer rating models; monitoring and refinement as required
Development, implementation, monitoring, and refinement of behavior scoring to support collections
Development and execution of loss forecasting methods for retail and wholesale credit losses
Development of robust uniform modeling approaches for scoring and forecasting applications
Monitoring of risk mechanisms, operational execution in underwriting and collection, and portfolio performance
Guidance and refinement of mechanisms, policies, and procedures based on above monitoring
Proficiency to train and oversee the work of analysts and senior analysts
Training of underwriters in their understanding and interaction with credit scoring and related disciplines
Interfacing with Finance, Accounting, and auditors to enable timely and smooth integration of forecasting results
Work with IT to implement risk solutions and consult on best practices for data retention
Provide comprehensive risk management leadership (credit scoring, credit policy, loss forecasting, pricing, etc.) for one or more portfolios with limited supervision.
