Job Description

The Corporate Accounting Analyst is based in Racine, WI and is responsible for providing in-depth accounting and financial analyses for various ledgers within a matrix manufacturing organization. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting month-end close, provide financial reports via HFM and SAP, BlackLine support, and Fixed Assets.

Responsibilities include:
Provide accounting and financial analytic support for various North American ledgers; Responsible for various areas and functions in the monthly closing process; Responsible for reconciling various general ledger accounts within the Corporate Accounting Department and related company affiliates; Perform monthly financial analysis for CNH management; Provide accounting, analysis, and support services to other departments; Ensure compliance and adherence to all internal controls and SOX requirements, recommending changes or process improvements as necessary; Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures; Support BlackLine (web based reconciliation tool) day-to-day administration and global roll-out; Drive process improvement within the Corporate Accounting group, as well as collaborating with other departments.

The qualified candidate will have:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required;
3+ years accounting experience in a variety of accounting roles, including but not limited to general accounting, account reconciliations, and corporate accounting or manufacturing accounting.

Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint required
