Job Description

Are you looking to gain experience in the workforce while earning college credit? Are you looking for an internship where you could potentially be employed full time? Here at CGS we are looking for interns to help in the recruitment department. You will get personalized one on one training with a recruiter here at CGS, learning the fundamentals of Recruiting and HR in the government contracting space.

Job Duties

  • Work with recruiters to fill talent pool and place jobs
  • Review resumes daily, matching candidates with roles that fit them best
  • Regularly write and post new job opportunities
  • Search job pools and recruiting portals for available jobs
  • Make suggestions and share ideas on how to better find talent
  • Document candidate qualifications, salary expectations, capabilities, and other details
  • Assist recruiter with all administrative needs

Experience

  • Must be in college
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to write professionally
