Company Overview

Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC) is proud to have served the region for more than 100 years. WRMC is guided by a strong vision of what healthcare can and should be. At the center of this vision is the patient. Our goal is to provide a personalized experience designed to make each guest feel like our one and only.

What began as a 16-bed hospital on Main Street has transformed into a comprehensive health system, providing state-of-the-art facilities, world class technology and advanced clinical programming to residents of Dodge and Jefferson counties in Wisconsin. Our network includes primary care and specialty clinics throughout the region, delivering a full range of high-quality outpatient and inpatient services. We are committed to keeping quality healthcare close to home, with a focus on maintaining and growing local primary and specialty care services.

WRMC has a strong commitment to improving the health of our community. We take a proactive approach to community wellness, working to provide stepping-stones to better health for hundreds of individuals and families throughout our region.

• Our innovative ONE Wellness program uses intensive, one-on-one coaching by a physician-led team that includes a registered dietitian and fitness trainer to help participants transform their lives through a combination of diet, exercise and mindfulness.
• Foodservice at WRMC includes a farm-to-table style restaurant, open to the community and featuring our own 11,000 square foot kitchen garden. Through Harvest Market, WRMC offers cooking and nutrition courses—some free—led, jointly, by a registered dietitian and trained chef.

As we move forward on a partnership with LifePoint Health, we are more excited about the future than ever. We believe local communities should be involved in decision making about their healthcare. LifePoint shares our commitment to Watertown, and our joint venture preserves a strong local voice in the strategic direction of WRMC.
