Modern Maintenance Building Services, Inc. and Programmed Cleaning, Inc. are successful and growing commercial cleaning companies, specializing in general cleaning / janitorial work for all types of commercial accounts. Our cleaning contracts consist mainly of office buildings, but we also clean banks, schools, and a handful of manufacturing facilities (generally office areas). Based out of New Berlin (in New Berlin’s Industrial Park, just off of Moorland Road.), we have accounts throughout the Milwaukee, Madison, Waukesha, and Racine County areas. We place a great deal of importance on our relationships with our employees and strive, together, to meet your needs as an employee and those of our customers.

We have full and part-time positions. However, most of our positions start as part-time and are perfect for students, retirees, stay-at-home moms or anyone needing a second income. Most of our openings are for General Cleaners and duties may consist of any combination of dusting, trash, restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and occasional special projects. A typical part-time position is 4 hours/evening, Monday - Friday, with an average start time between 5-5:30pm, but the number of hours and start times do vary among accounts.

We also have full-time positions available but many are filled by internal applicants who have been with the company for a period of time (typically one month or more). Benefits (vacation, health, and dental) are available with our full-time positions.
