Who we are

Pierce Engineers is a 70-person structural engineering firm based in the Midwest, working with clients across the nation. Our three offices in Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago work as one team with daily interaction and coordination on technical topics, projects, and management. 

The PE team has a traditional hierarchy of positions and roles, but we work horizontally fostering engagement from all levels of experience to create a successful team, develop our younger staff, and deliver successful projects.

Our practice is founded on building lasting relationships with clients and industry partners, who appreciate our teamwork and approach to structural engineering. We have experience and expertise across all types of building projects and find that the most rewarding projects are the ones in which the team works collaboratively to deliver a successful project. 

 

Our People

At PE, our most valuable resource is our people. We hire smart, motivated individuals who are continuously learning and teaching one another. We are committed to continuous growth as a team and champion a culture that encourages and supports each member of the team.

From day one, team members are integrated into client meetings, site visits, internal discussions and production of design and drawings. Although we work nationally, we have a number of great local projects and prioritize team members being involved on site to view the ongoing construction of our buildings. The knowledge gained through on-site learning is critical in making us forward-thinking and construction-savvy structural engineers.
