The Cage

What’s “The Cage,” you might ask? It’s like a teller window at a bank—the casino’s bank! Potawatomi Cage Department cashiers, vault and drop team members are crucial to the entire casino operation, ensuring that guests get paid out and that the casino’s banks are balanced.

EVS/Housekeeping

Gaming

150,000 square feet of gaming space requires a large staff to keep guests entertained and ensure that games run smoothly, round-the-clock. Human Resources

IT & AV

Our Hiring Process

Meet The Requirements, Join The Team

Want To Join Our Team? Here's a brief rundown of how our hiring process works.

To begin, review the available positions to find a suitable match. You will then need to create a profile and submit your application. After you submit your application, a Human Resources representative will contact you.

They will let you know one of two things—you meet the necessary requirements and we will set up an interview or, if you do not meet the qualifications, you will receive an email to let you know. Either way, we'll keep you in the loop.

We also ask that you hold off on calling us, as this process can take up to two weeks. If you don't hear from us right away, please be patient.

So, what's next? If you are offered the position, you will then have to take a mandatory pre-employment drug test and complete a thorough background investigation.

All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, reference check, background investigation and ability to obtain a gaming license.

The gaming license application requires, but is not limited to, full disclosure of criminal, residential and employment history. After completing the background investigation, applicants may be granted a gaming license through the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission.
