With more than 20 years of human resources consulting experience, Mike has worked with hundreds of executives, human resource, recruiting, staffing, and organizational development professionals to improve their hiring practices and employee development programs on various levels. With a specialty in pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing, he has assisted in the design and development of emotional intelligence and behavioral hiring and training programs for client companies such as Amazon.com and NutriSystem, among many others.
