Bob Curry is a combat veteran of Vietnam and Laos who has flown over 250 missions interdicting traffic on the infamous Ho Chi Minh trail. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. His business career included management positions at IBM, AT&T, Lotus, and iEmagine, where he spoke internationally on new technologies.

His war caught up with him with the start of our wars on terrorism and he was forced to undergo extensive treatment for untreated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). After treatment, Bob decided his efforts would be best spent helping our newest veterans not go down the same path as the Vietnam veterans did. He started Dryhootch.org, a community-based Veteran Peer program that has expanded to multiple states and earned him the White House Champion of Change Award for his innovative work in “helping our veterans and their families who survived the war, survive the peace.” In 2016, he was honored at the Pentagon for the programs Dryhootch has established to help their fellow brothers and sisters returning home. He is a published author, which include numerous medical publications on PTSD, and a speaker at government, corporate, and education forums.
