Job Description
Cornell Communications Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our dynamic sales team. As a TSM, you will be responsible for maintaining and generating revenue via our channel partners for our Area of Rescue and Senior Nurse Call solutions. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, training and education and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve channel partner sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue new channel partners through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions and services
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress, identify trends, and implement corrective actions if necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct regular zoom and in-person visits and customer meetings to build rapport, provide support, and gather feedback.
  • Follow-up all quotation activity issued by home office within the assigned area.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven experience in channel technology sales to commercial and/or senior care  customers
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Availability to travel within the assigned area and occasionally outside the region (25%-40% of the time).

$62,000-$67,000p/yr+commission
