The Humanities, Communication, and Social Sciences department seeks an adjunct faculty position in Economics at WCTC. We are seeking dynamic and dedicated adjunct instructors to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide students with a strong foundation in Economics paired with exceptional teaching skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate the most effective teaching and learning research in lesson planning and content delivery. This candidate will demonstrate collegiality, flexibility, and leadership within the department, school, and college. Under direct supervision of the associate dean, the primary responsibility is providing instruction to students enrolled in a variety of psychology courses. Classes may include (but are not limited to): Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Macroeconomics, Economics.
Candidate must be able to teach during the WCTC summer session as well as during the fall and spring terms.
Candidate must be able to teach on campus and online.
