Bulk Loader - $20.50/hr AND $10,000 First Year Sign-On Bonus

Rotating Shift from days to nights on a monthly basis - 12 hours, 7:00am to 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 7:00am.

You will rotate from days to night monthly.

Week 1 (48 hours) - Mon - Off and then Tues/Wed - On and then Thur/Fri- Off and then on Sat/Sun

Week 2 (36 hours) - Mon - On and then Tues/Wed- Off and then Thur/Fri - On and then Sat, Sun - Off

The Role

The Bulk Load Operator plays a critical role in ensuring that finished product is correctly, safely loaded into bulk flour trailers, spot vans and feed trailers so that finished products can be delivered on time to our customer. The Operator must perform in a busy environment with constantly moving machinery, and act according to written procedures, policy, and regulations.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand and operate all aspects of the bulk flour and feed load out systems.

• Prepare/inspect all bulk trucks and railcars for loading.

• Check all bulk loading equipment and conditions at least twice per shift.

• Understand all computer operations, including email, PRISM, and associated programs in the Microsoft Family.

• Become certified in laboratory testing for loadout samples.

• Learn and understand all food safety regulations/quality procedures and policies.

• Perform any assigned sanitation duties related to bulk loadout.
