• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to incidents, requests, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist users with system navigation, software installations, printers, AV and other IT tasks.
• Create and update documentation for common IT procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve technical issues, assist with IT projects as available.
• Adhere to IT security policies and protocols to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and other commonly used software.
• Familiarity with Dell computers including laptops, docks, peripherals and desktops.
• Familiarity with Apple mobile devices, including iPads and iPhones.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus, and/or an IT Service Management System.
