Job Description
Title: Order Processing Coordinator
Location: Itasca, IL (on-site)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Pay: $18.20 per hour

The Order Processing Coordinator will be responsible for various tasks related to order processing and communication with vendors and internal teams. Previous clerical experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurately and efficiently process purchase orders.
Utilize the ERP system to track and update order statuses.
Monitor the status of purchase orders.
Communicate with vendors to obtain accurate market prices and lead times.
Manage vendor and customer portals.
Facilitate effective communication with suppliers.
Assist with other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in using an ERP system to process orders.
High level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.
Professionalism and ability to work in a team environment.
Fluent in English
