As our Candidate Experience Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our hiring process, ensuring every candidate embarks on a seamless and engaging journey from the moment they apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion the Candidate Experience:Immerse yourself in the candidate's journey, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance their experience at every touchpoint.
  • Build Strong Bonds:Engage closely with candidates, applicants, and employees, fostering relationships that promote Gallo as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate and Innovate:Work hand-in-hand with key business stakeholders, managers, and a dynamic team of recruiters to streamline our recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Make an Impact:Play a pivotal role in our mission to win the CandE award, setting new standards for candidate experience in our industry.
  • Provides appropriate follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone, text messaging, social media, and/or email.
  • Tracks recruiting activities and provides candidate status to recruiters.
  • Efficiently schedules phone interviews, hiring manager interviews and on-site interview panels; provides high-touch communications with candidates to give them the best insight into the interview process.
  • Arranges candidate travel, as needed.
  • Prepares accurate and on-brand interview packets, name tags, agendas and related materials.
  • Distributes candidate and hiring panel information.
  • Sets up interview rooms and any necessary AV equipment.
  • Manages the candidate onsite experience by providing exceptional hospitality, including greeting candidates and/or guests, conducting building tours, ensuring interviews begin and end on time, and guiding candidates between meetings.
  • Establishes rapport with candidates and hiring managers during the interview process.
  • Coordinates the post-interview debrief meetings and provides debrief materials.
  • Arranges candidate travel reimbursement with AP team. Diligently tracks through to reimbursement.
  • Reviews and manages new hire offer documents.
  • Initiates, processes and checks candidate background investigations, drug screens, and other pre-employment contingencies; sends results to recruiter.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of administrative assistant, department assistant or coordinator, or customer service experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or in human resources plus 2 years of administrative assistant, department assistant or coordinator, or customer service experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of administrative assistant, department assistant or coordinator, or customer service experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Corporate Recruiting Experience.
  • Passion for cultivating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience managing demands, accepting criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Skilled in quickly learning systems, processes, and procedures.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $21.80 - $32.70
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
