Position: Lead Conversion Manager

Reports To: Director, Commercial Excellence

Location: Remote

Position Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated demand generation & data management professional to drive lead-to-revenue management for PES North America. The successful candidate will develop and implement processes around demand-generation, CRM hygiene & own the metric for acquiring new customers.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the digital team to implement lead-to-revenue management processes across PES North America, driving market-qualified leads and ensuring strong sales funnel conversion with the sales teams.

  • Analyze lead conversion rates from diverse sources and propose adjustments based on close rates.

  • Leverage ZoomInfo's platform to identify and engage key with decision-makers in target markets. Use its rich data and insights for personalized marketing campaigns and sales outreach.

  • Generate high-quality leads through various inbound and outbound strategies. Implement nurturing campaigns to move leads through the sales funnel effectively.

  • Develop visual dashboards that provide real-time insights into lead conversion metrics & new customer acquisition. These dashboards will empower our team to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions.

  • Assist in holding the sales team accountable for lead conversion. Monitor performance, identify gaps, and collaborate with reps to drive results.

  • Report out each week on the New Customer acquisition metric.

  • Develop and maintain process narratives, work instructions and standard operating procedures for major business processes related to lead management.

  • Work with the sales force to maintain a high level of data integrity for funnel data.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/senior management/cross-functional teams.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field

  • 5-7 years experience in Sales Operations, Funnel Management or Commercial Excellence preferred.

  • Skilled in digital marketing and lead management systems & processes preferred .

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ZoomInfo and data visualization tools.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the OEM and distribution sectors.

  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills for communicating cross-functionally.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBi, Teams)

  • Possess strong desire to advance in career.

Expected Salary: $61,900 - $92,000

Please note that compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
