About the Role

Responsibilities Breakdown
Education, Experience, and Required Skills
High School Diploma (HSD) or GED is required for all hires
Must be comfortable working around blood and with needles
Passionate about healthcare and delivering quality patient care
Qualities: Reliable, caring, compassionate, collaborative, dependable, responsible, attentive
Healthcare experience is a plus but NOT required. i.e. BONENT/ Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) Certifications, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Phlebotomy certification, experience working with patients in a hospital or healthcare facility
Ready to learn and grow attitude
Schedule
3 to 4 days a week, including rotating Saturdays
Shift schedules range between 10-12 hours per day
Opening shifts may begin as early as 4:00am, closing shifts may end as late as 7:00pm
NO late night, overnight, or Sunday shifts

Interview: Meet and interview with our local leadership team at your desired dialysis clinic
Decision: Your recruiter or hiring manager will contact you to extend a formal offer, if you are selected for the position
Final Step: Once you accept and sign your offer, you will complete necessary pre-hire paperwork and background checks to become a DaVita teammate *In accordance with Federal Law, all DaVita facilities maintain a drug-free workplace policy*
